Absente, green fairies, hallucinations, and 138 proof

I ordered a bottle of real Absente about a week ago and it came in the mail today. All I have to say is WOW! I had to pour my son and I a shot when it came because neither of us had had the real thing. My throat is still burning.

Yes, the bottle said 138 proof. Yes, there was a green fairy on it. I'm not sure if I saw any hallucinations because I started watching Moulin Rouge right after my shot. I've seen the movie many times and this was the most eloquent time I've ever seen it.

Obviously, there's no recipe, but I did take a photo.
